Mariah Carey is a Christmas mega-fangirl. Back in 2016, TMZ caught Carey relaxing outside her New York apartment in a Christmas sweater, with a giant bauble earring on her lobe and no doubt dreaming of a list of gifts to come. The video is magical.
Now that excuse is in the past. Carey took to her Instagram to share a photo collage of herself decked out in sparkling red and black baubles, with her fans possibly already cackling at the idea that the earring in her crown was once once dangling from her ass.

Carey wasn’t done there. After making her fans wait a month for the video, she apparently sent another photo collage, as the geezer known as The Real Mariah Carey twitched his brows.
Carey also documented her other elephant in the room — Christmas actually falling on a Thursday this year! The holiday songstress wrote, “My heart is on fire.” (Though it would appear that she has it a bit licked for choosing a Thursday.)
Carey has always dreamed of Christmas. In her 2012 video for “All I Want for Christmas is You,” Carey is given a Jamaican accent and wishes for green leaves and beer. In the 1983 hit single “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” Mariah Carey wishes for the moon and the stars, along with wishing for a guitar and a boyfriend.
Each picture posted to Instagram Wednesday and Thursday was accompanied by yet another song by Mariah Carey, celebrating Christmas. She doesn’t make sense, but she looks fantastic in a black and red Santa hat, sporting elaborate over-the-top Christmas makeup and lots of fur.
For a few hours, she will be Santa’s biggest fan.
