“We will begin the transition of leadership immediately, with the goal of implementing a new model to enable Recipe Unlimited to continue to grow while meeting the continuing business needs of both the Keg and Recipe Unlimited,” said Aisenstat. “In the short term, we will ensure that the Keg continues to receive maximum value from our brands through the execution of our current suite of products and services for customers. Over the longer term, we anticipate that Recipe Unlimited will continue to grow substantially, resulting in continued strong revenue and profit growth.”
In an effort to effect a smooth transition and ensure a smooth transition, Recipe Unlimited’s board has appointed Mr. Nelli Kalinsky, of Floral & Civil Design Ltd., to serve as a company consultant to assist with the smooth transitioning of leadership roles, and to provide the company with the assistance of a law firm to further assist with corporate governance.
All remaining employees will be released from employment immediately upon completion of the separation agreement.
