After the success of its successful series of images of the baptism experience, the magazine has introduced an accompanying video series in an effort to further educate readers about the baptism rituals.
Some of the five different types of baptism experiences, which also include a ritual for female witches, include photography, admission into the water, in-water healing and, of course, kissing the hot tub.
In addition to the stories, the series will include photos and narration.
The series came out with just under three months to go until Inauguration Day and the entrance of President Donald Trump.
A.P. “It’s kind of crazy, we might not even see that long of a lead-up to any other political event on the horizon … but the timing for this is interesting,” wrote A.P.’s Director of Photography, Monika Rokoschynskyj, on the series’ website.
“I have a feeling I’m not done,” added A.P. photographer Nick Castillo.
